Empathy Learning Systems Private Limited (ELS Pvt. Ltd) is a company that aims to provide services for and build a chain of low cost private schools in India. Inspired by the work of Professor James Tooley who has chronicled successful models of low cost private schools across the world, Empathy’s model takes to classrooms specially designed curriculum, innovative pedagogy, training for teachers conducted by experts and regular support and mentoring provided by the company’s academic coordinators.
